I’m Chanodi Erangika, currently serving as the Assistant Admin Officer at VisaMinds. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Ruhuna, and bring a strong background in administrative support and organizational coordination. In my role, I specialize in handling client documentation, Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Guide clients through visa application procedures and requirements. Schedule and confirm client appointments or interviews. Provide status updates and follow-ups on submitted applications. as part of our travel and visa support services. And internal duties are Manage office supplies and inventory, Coordinate mail, courier services, and deliveries, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and work areas.My focus is on ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a seamless process for both clients and team members.
