(Hons) Degree in Psychology and Counseling from the University of Colombo, along with multiple diplomas in Human Resource Management, Psychology and Counseling, Information Communication Technology, and Education. With 8 years of executive-level experience in accounts, finance, and administration, I bring a wealth of expertise and a detail-oriented approach to my work. I’m passionate about fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, and I take pride in maintaining neatness and organization in all aspects of my role. Hello! I’m Thumbehewa Thamari Wasundara, an Overseas Visa Counsellor - Grade 1 at Visaminds Consulting Pvt Ltd. In my role, I work closely with clients, providing tailored guidance to help them navigate the visa process with confidence and ease. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business and Academic Chinese from the University of Kelaniya and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from SITC Campus. Additionally, I am certified in the Chinese Language Proficiency Test, which has given me an edge in serving diverse clients effectively. What I love most about my job is interacting with clients with kindness and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. I take pride in my ability to collaborate with my team and complete my tasks with precision and dedication. A fun fact about me: I’m always smiling and enjoy creating a positive and friendly atmosphere wherever I go. I’m Chanodi Erangika, currently serving as the Assistant Admin Officer at VisaMinds. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Ruhuna, and bring a strong background in administrative support and organizational coordination. In my role, I specialize in handling client documentation, Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Guide clients through visa application procedures and requirements. Schedule and confirm client appointments or interviews. Provide status updates and follow-ups on submitted applications. as part of our travel and visa support services. And internal duties are Manage office supplies and inventory, Coordinate mail, courier services, and deliveries, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and work areas.My focus is on ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a seamless process for both clients and team members.

Hi, I’m Tharinsa Perera, Student Counsellor at Visaminds Consulting Pvt Ltd.
With a strong foundation in teaching and student counselling, I am passionate about guiding students as they plan their higher education journeys. I have successfully completed the DELF A1 certification in French and am currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration at ICBT to continuously expand my knowledge and skills. process with confidence and ease.

From the first consultation to the final application, I ensure accuracy, timely processing, and clear communication at every step.
